Changed your mind after ordering? No problem. As long as your package hasn't left our warehouse, you can cancel your order free of charge. Click the button below and we'll reverse your order straight away and refund the full amount.
At the top of this page, click the Cancel my order button and provide your order number (#2026...). State whether you want to cancel the whole order or part of it.
Tip: The sooner you let us know, the greater the chance we can still stop your order before it ships.
Hasn't your order shipped yet? Then we'll cancel it straight away, you don't need to do anything else. You'll receive a confirmation once it's done.
You'll receive the full amount back via the same payment method you used. Any shipping contribution is refunded in full.
As long as your order doesn't yet have the status 'shipped', you can cancel it free of charge and without giving a reason.
Is your package already on its way? Then you can no longer cancel, but you can simply use our free 30-day return right. See the returns page.
Want to cancel only part of your order? Clearly state which items it concerns in your request.
An already paid order that we cancel is refunded in full — you never pay any fees for a cancellation.
