Not entirely happy with your bag? No problem. Click Start your return and provide your order number. We'll send a free return label and handle the rest. Returns are always free of charge.
At the top of this page, click the Start your return button and provide your order number and the reason for return. A reason helps us improve products, but isn't required. You're entitled to a return either way.
Tip: Keep your order number (#2026...) handy so we can quickly match your package.
Within working hours you'll receive a free return label from us as a PDF. Print it at home or at work — no costs, no hassle. No printer? Mention it with your request and we'll send a QR code you can have scanned at PostNL.
Put the bag back in the dust bag and original box it came in. Stick the label firmly on it and take the package to a PostNL point of your choice.
Once we've received and checked your return, you'll receive the full amount back via the same payment method you paid with. Would you rather exchange for another colour or model? Let us know with your request. If they're priced the same, we can exchange directly.
The product must be in original, unused condition. Any labels and protective material must be present. Personalised or made-to-order items unfortunately cannot be returned.
In addition to our voluntary 30-day return period, you have the legal right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Email info@beocca.com or use the withdrawal form.
Email us straight away with a few photos of the problem. We'll replace the product or create a free return — whichever you prefer.
If a return package wasn't collected or couldn't be delivered due to a wrong address, we'll get in touch to sort it out together.
