Click Start your return at the top of this page. You sign in with the email address you ordered with and receive a one-time code by email. You do not need a password or a new account, even if you checked out as a guest. Then choose your order and tell us the reason for your return. A reason helps us improve our products, but it is optional. You are entitled to a return either way.

During working hours, we will send you a free return label as a PDF. Print it at home or at work, with no cost or fuss. No printer? Mention it in your request and we will send a QR code for scanning at PostNL.

Put the bag back in the dust bag and original box it arrived in. Attach the label securely and take the parcel to a PostNL point of your choice.

Once we receive and check your return, you receive a full refund through your original payment method. Prefer another colour or model? Tell us in your request. If the price is the same, we can exchange directly.
