About our bags

How do I take care of my bag?

To ensure your bag lasts as long as possible, it's important to take good care of it. On our leather care page you'll find detailed tips and instructions for maintaining your bag.

What are our bags made of?

All our bags are made from 100% vegetable-tanned leather. This means the leather is tanned using natural tannins from tree bark and plants, rather than chemicals. This process is better for the environment and produces leather that is more durable and develops a beautiful patina over time.

Ordering & payment

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order from us. We are an online-only store. All orders are delivered to your home for free via PostNL.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@beocca.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can often still accommodate your request. Once the order has been shipped, you can return it free of charge within 30 days.

How are our products shipped?

All orders are shipped free of charge via PostNL. If you order before 5 PM on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day. You will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your shipment.

I have a problem with my Beocca product, what now?

If you have a problem with your bag, the best thing to do is contact us. We'll work together to find a suitable solution. All our products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Can I still return my product?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return period. Returns are completely free. You don't need to provide a reason.
