Your bag is carefully packed in a dust bag and box — made to survive the journey, ready for unboxing.

PostNL on its way

You'll automatically get an email with track & trace. From that moment you can follow the package to the minute.

On your doorstep

NL: 1–2 business days. BE: 1–3 business days. No one home? PostNL will try again or take it to a pickup point.

The fine print

Practical.

Processing time

Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are shipped the same day. Orders at the weekend or on public holidays go out the next business day.

Track & trace

All packages go with PostNL and include track & trace as standard. You'll automatically receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Customs & taxes

For orders within the European Union you pay no import duties or customs charges. All prices on our website include VAT.

Undelivered packages

If a package isn't delivered, for example due to a wrong address or because it wasn't collected in time, it comes back to us. We'll get in touch to arrange a new shipment.
