Where do we deliver?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark and Sweden. Orders within the European Union have no additional import duties or customs fees. All prices include VAT.

Place your order on a working day before 17:00. We will process it in our workshop the same day.
We pack it
Your bag is carefully packed in a dust bag and box, protected for the journey and ready to unbox.
On its way with PostNL
You automatically receive an email with tracking. From then on, you can follow your parcel minute by minute.
At your door
NL: 1–2 working days. BE: 1–3 working days. Nobody home? PostNL tries again or takes it to a collection point.

Processing time
Orders placed on working days before 17:00 are dispatched the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders leave the next working day.
Tracking
All parcels are sent with PostNL and include tracking. You automatically receive an email with the tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Customs & taxes
Orders within the European Union have no import duties or customs fees. All prices on our website include VAT.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered, for example because of an incorrect address or late collection, it returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
