01 How big is the Milo weekend bag?
Milo measures 55 × 27 × 25 cm (width × height × depth). Check that this size suits your trip before ordering.
02 Can the bag be taken as carry-on luggage?
Before travelling, check your airline and ticket rules for dimensions, weight and number of bags. Measure the packed bag including protruding parts. A capacity in litres does not establish cabin-baggage eligibility.
03 What fits in for a weekend?
Outer dimensions describe the outside of a bag. They do not give the clear space in the laptop compartment or usable capacity. A fixed deduction or correction factor cannot reliably determine these. Compare the internal dimensions and opening with your belongings.
04 What colors is the Milo available in?
In green and cognac. Both colors develop their own patina over the years, making the bag increasingly personal.
05 Can it withstand rain while on the way?
Do not assume water resistance without a specific product statement. Protect the leather and the bag’s contents from rain. Gently blot moisture and let the bag dry at room temperature, away from direct heat.
06 How should I store it between trips?
Store your bag in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Let a damp bag dry naturally before putting it away.
07 How much does shipping cost, and how quickly will it arrive?
Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. If you order before 5:00 p.m. on a business day, your package will be shipped with PostNL that same day, including track and trace. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 1 to 3 in Belgium.
08 Can I return it for free?

09 How much warranty do I get?
Two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products, starting from the purchase date. It covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use, including zippers, buckles, and shoulder straps.
