Warranty period
Two years on every product
At Beocca we stand fully behind the quality of our handmade leather bags. Every product is carefully made from vegetable-tanned leather and comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects that occur under normal use. We'll make sure your product is repaired or replaced, without hassle.
Valid from the date of purchase. Applies to all Beocca products, including bags, accessories and hardware such as buckles, zips and shoulder straps.
Covered
- Manufacturing faults in seams and stitching
- Defects in the leather due to production errors
- Defective zips, buckles or hardware
- Detaching interior or lining
- Defective shoulder straps or fastenings
Not covered
- Normal wear from daily use
- Damage from misuse or overloading
- Stains, scratches or discolouration
- Damage from water, sun or chemicals
- Modifications or repairs by third parties

Yes, we ask for proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) to confirm the warranty period. No longer have it? Get in touch anyway, and we'll find a solution together.
Absolutely. The warranty is tied to the product, not the buyer. Ask the giver to forward the original order confirmation, which serves as proof of purchase.
Vegetable-tanned leather is tanned with natural tannins from tree bark, without chemicals. The leather develops a beautiful patina over time and grows more beautiful the more it's worn. Care for it with a neutral leather cream and keep it dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
