Warranty – Beocca Leather Bags & Accessories

At Beocca, we stand behind the quality of our products. All our bags and accessories are handmade from 100% vegetable-tanned leather and designed to last for years. Should something go wrong, we're happy to resolve it for you.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and craftsmanship. This includes broken zippers, detaching stitching, defective buckles or hardware, and tears in the leather that were not caused by normal use. If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beocca.com and include photos of the defect if possible. We will assess your claim and provide an appropriate solution — whether that's a replacement or a free return.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural product and no two hides are exactly the same. Small variations in colour, texture and grain are inherent to the material and are precisely what makes your product unique. Additionally, vegetable-tanned leather changes character through use and exposure to sunlight — it develops a beautiful patina that gives the leather a deeper, warmer tone.

The following are therefore not covered by the warranty: natural colour variations and texture differences in the leather, patina development from normal use and sunlight, wear from intensive or prolonged use, damage from improper use or accidents (such as exposure to water, heat or chemicals), and damage from not following our leather care advice.
