Return Policy – Free Returns at Beocca

At Beocca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not entirely happy? No problem — you can easily return your order free of charge within 30 days.

30-day free returns

You have 30 days from the day you received the product to return your order. Return shipping costs are entirely on us.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition. Any labels and protective materials should be present. Unfortunately, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

In addition to our voluntary 30-day return period, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can notify us of your cancellation by sending an email to info@beocca.com or by using the withdrawal form.

Return shipping for withdrawals is also free of charge.

How does returning work?

The return process is simple. First, send an email to info@beocca.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a free return label. Pack the item securely and include the withdrawal form if possible. Then drop off the package at a shipping point of your choice.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 10 business days via the same payment method you used.

Exchange

Would you prefer a different item or colour? Return the original item and place a new order via our online store. This way you'll receive the desired product as quickly as possible.

Received a defective or wrong item?

Have you received a defective or incorrect item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@beocca.com and include photos if possible. We will ensure the issue is resolved quickly — by replacing the product or creating a free return.

Undelivered packages

If a return package has not been collected or could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to find a solution.
