01 Which shoulder bag suits me?
Outer dimensions describe the outside of a bag. They do not give the clear space in the laptop compartment or usable capacity. A fixed deduction or correction factor cannot reliably determine these. Compare the internal dimensions and opening with your belongings.
02 Does an A4 sheet or laptop fit inside?
The stated screen size is a guide. Compare your laptop’s outer dimensions, including any sleeve, with the laptop compartment. Contact us if you are unsure whether your model fits.
03 What fits in a compact shoulder bag?
Your phone, wallet, keys, and makeup. The Niba measures 20 by 20 by 6 cm, the Maia 24 by 15 by 7 cm, and the Fei 24 by 18 by 9 cm, so you know exactly what to expect.
04 What colors are the bags available in?
Depending on the model, available in black, beige, dark brown, cognac, or green; some models are also available in suede. The available colors are listed on the product page itself.
05 What is the difference between suede and smooth leather?
Choose care suited to the finish. Do not use grease or smooth-leather cream on suede. Follow the care product’s instructions and test a hidden area first; treatment can change the colour or surface.
06 Can I wear it during the day and in the evening?
Our designs are intentionally understated and timeless, without flashy logos or hardware. That means the same bag looks just as good with jeans as it does with something more formal.
07 How much does shipping cost, and how quickly will it arrive?
Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. If you order before 5:00 p.m. on a business day, your package will be shipped with PostNL that same day, including track and trace. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 1 to 3 in Belgium.
08 Can I return it for free?
Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind, and we’ll provide you with a free return label. Returning your order won’t cost you anything. Start the process in just a few clicks on our returns page.
09 How much warranty do I get?
Two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products, starting from the purchase date. It covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use, including zippers, buckles, and shoulder straps.
