01 Which belt size should I choose?
The Oden is available in 95, 100, and 105 cm. Measure a belt you currently wear from the buckle to the hole you use, and choose the size closest to that measurement. So don’t measure your trouser size, as it usually differs.
02 I'm between two sizes—what should I do?
Email us your waist size via info@beocca.com, and we’ll advise you. If it still isn’t right, you can exchange it free of charge within 30 days.
03 What colors is the belt available in?
In brown and cognac. Like our bags, the belt is made of vegetable-tanned leather, so the color deepens as you wear it.
04 Can the belt be shortened?
We deliver the belt in the size you order and do not shorten it ourselves. If you’re unsure whether it will fit you, email us first; we can usually work it out together without you needing to make any adjustments.
05 How do I care for a leather belt?
Choose care suited to the finish. Do not use grease or smooth-leather cream on suede. Follow the care product’s instructions and test a hidden area first; treatment can change the colour or surface.
06 Why is the color of my belt changing?
Leather can change in colour and sheen through use. Its appearance depends on the finish, use and care.
07 How much does shipping cost, and how quickly will it arrive?
Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. If you order before 5:00 p.m. on a business day, your package will be shipped with PostNL that same day, including track and trace. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 1 to 3 in Belgium.
08 Can I return it for free?
Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind, and we’ll provide you with a free return label. Returning your order won’t cost you anything. Start the process in just a few clicks on our returns page.
09 How much warranty do I get?
Two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products, starting from the purchase date. It covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use, including zippers, buckles, and shoulder straps.
