We ship all our orders from the Netherlands. Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are shipped the same day.

Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Shipping cost: Free

Austria
Delivery time: 2–4 business days

France
Delivery time: 2–4 business days

Processing time
Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are processed and shipped the same day. Orders at the weekend or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day. 

Shipping methods
We ship with PostNL, including track & trace. As soon as your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive a tracking link.

Customs & Taxes
For orders within the EU there are no extra import duties or customs charges. All prices on our website include VAT.

Undelivered parcels
When a parcel cannot be delivered — for example due to a wrong address or not being collected from a pickup point in time — we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment.
