Processing time
Orders placed before 17:00 on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

We ship with PostNL, including track & trace. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link.
Customs & Taxes
For orders within the EU, there are no additional import duties or customs fees. All prices on our website include VAT.
Undelivered packages
If a package cannot be delivered—for example, due to an incorrect address or not being collected from a pickup point on time—we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
