Changed your mind after ordering? No problem. As long as your parcel has not left our warehouse, you can cancel your order free of charge. Click the button below and we will cancel your order straight away and refund the full amount.
Click the Cancel my order button at the top of this page and provide your order number (#2026...). Let us know whether you want to cancel all or part of your order.
Tip: The sooner you let us know, the better the chance we can stop your order before dispatch.
Has your order not been dispatched yet? We will cancel it straight away; you do not need to do anything else. You will receive confirmation once it is done.
You will receive a full refund through the same payment method you used. Any shipping charge will also be refunded in full.
As long as your order does not have “dispatched” status, you can cancel it free of charge without giving a reason.

A paid order that we cancel will be refunded in full — there are never any cancellation fees.
