Our products are handmade by skilled leather artisans. For the leather parts, we use vegetable-tanned leather: plant-derived tannins from sources such as bark and leaves are used instead of chromium salts.
The leather can develop its own patina with use. Its useful life depends on use, finishing and care.

Do not assume water resistance without a specific product statement. Protect the leather and the bag’s contents from rain. Gently blot moisture and let the bag dry at room temperature, away from direct heat.

06 How do I keep it tidy?

Choose care suited to the finish. Do not use grease or smooth-leather cream on suede. Follow the care product’s instructions and test a hidden area first; treatment can change the colour or surface.

07 How much does shipping cost, and how quickly will it arrive?

Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. If you order before 5:00 p.m. on a business day, your package will be shipped with PostNL that same day, including track and trace. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 1 to 3 in Belgium.

08 Can I return it for free?

Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind, and we’ll provide you with a free return label. Returning your order won’t cost you anything. Start the process in just a few clicks on our returns page.

09 How much warranty do I get?

Two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products, starting from the purchase date. It covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use, including zippers, buckles, and shoulder straps.
